I got a prompt and very professional response from Aleksandra, who was very eager to find out about our interests, likes and dislikes, etc. In just a couple of days, she custom tailored a 4 day tour with private mini-bus and chauffeur. On paper things looked good but, to be totally honest, I was still uncertain and very anxious about what to expect, specially that I had to pay the full cost upfront.
